Repair and AirWatch Re-Enrollment Process
(skip to Step 5 if a factory wipe and re-enrollment is needed with no repair)
Register with regional repair website (links provided) - must have service contract information
Obtain RMA from regional repair website (below) for Honeywell or Zebra, all required fields will be requested on the website form
Document information about repair, serial #, problem issue, ship to address, etc. (recommended)
Package and ship to repair center based upon instructions and packing slips from Honeywell/Zebra repair site
When device returns from repair, connect device to WiFi network manually (SBD or hotspot)
Scan 2D code to enroll into AirWatch (contact support@abetech.com for documentation)
Follow prompts on device and instructions until device is back online at SBD lockdown screen
Start Velocity or business application and confirm login screens are accessible (Velocity TE will require Device IDs to be input the first time)
Deploy device or add to spares pool
