Turn on the unit
When the "Honeywell" splash screen appears, press the Power button and Green Shift button
Release the Power button and Green Shift button when the Recovery Mode Menu appears
Use the Green and Orange Shift buttons to select Full Factory Reset
Use the Power button to confirm the action
** Any time a device is stuck on Honeywell splash screen, try this factory wipe process **
On booting the unit up hold the Down Arrow key and Enter key at the same time to place the device in Bootloader Mode
Use the Up Arrow or Down Arrow keys to navigate to the options 'Enterprise Reset' or 'Factory Reset'
Use Enter key to executed the selection.
Simultaneously press and hold the Power, Left Scan, and Volume Up buttons for at least four seconds.
Press and hold the Power button until the menu appears.
Touch Reboot.
Touch OK.
Press and hold the Scan Button/Trigger until the device vibrates.
Press the Up and Down buttons to navigate to Factory Reset
Press the Power button to select
